These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7777xs ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://7777xs.cam and any related mobile or web application (collectively, the "Platform").

7777xs is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform operated for informational and entertainment purposes. The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

By completing registration on the Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, or by actively using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in full;
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet the age eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate and complete;
• Your use of the Platform is for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

This Agreement is effective from the date of your first access to the Platform and remains in force until terminated in accordance with Clause 13.

4.1 Age Requirement

Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to facilitate gambling by minors. 7777xs employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to suspend any account pending satisfactory proof of age at any time.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Users in Restricted Territories must not register an account or place bets. Attempting to access the Platform through VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions is a breach of this Agreement.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or linked device or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.4 No Corporate Accounts

Accounts must be registered and operated solely by the natural person named in the registration. Corporate entities, organisations or individuals acting on behalf of a third party are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.

5.1 Registration Information

To open an Account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information including a valid email address, a secure password and all other mandatory fields. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in account suspension or closure.

5.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

7777xs applies Know Your Customer verification procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. Before processing any withdrawal, the Platform will require the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

Failure to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 7777xs may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. KYC checks do not affect your ability to deposit or bet, but are required before withdrawals are approved.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7777xs will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed authorised by you unless you report a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

6.1 Deposit Methods

7777xs accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. 6.2 Currency

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be complete and satisfactory (see Clause 5.2);

• Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability;

6.4 Processing Times

7.1 Placement of Bets

Bets are accepted electronically through the Platform's betting interface. A bet is confirmed only when an on-screen confirmation is displayed and the stake is deducted from your account balance. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, odds and stake — before confirming a wager.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are presented in decimal, fractional or moneyline formats as selected in account settings. Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 7777xs reserves the right to suspend, cancel or void markets in the event of technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, event cancellation or any other circumstance that renders a market settlement impossible or unfair.

7.3 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC and other cricket markets, standard cricket betting rules apply as published in the platform's sporting rules document. Key points include:

• Match bets are settled on the official result. In the event of a tied match or no result, applicable dead-heat or void rules apply;
• Rain or weather interruptions: markets remain open and settled on the revised result unless the market is specifically quoted as subject to minimum overs;
• Player-specific markets (top scorer, wicket-taker) require the named player to participate for bets to stand, unless otherwise stated.

7.4 Void and Cancelled Bets

7777xs reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest error, system malfunction or obvious pricing mistake. Winnings derived from void bets will be removed from account balances. The Platform's decision in all settlement disputes is final, subject to the disputes process in Clause 14.

7.5 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits apply and are published in the Platform's betting rules. Winnings in excess of published limits will be capped at the applicable maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions and free bets offered by 7777xs are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution percentages and expiry periods. These specific terms accompany each individual promotion and must be read in conjunction with this clause.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires the User to place qualifying bets totalling PKR 20,000 before withdrawal is permitted. 8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While bonus funds are active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing a bet in excess of the stated maximum during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of the outcome of that bet.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

7777xs actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting using bonus funds, systematic exploitation of specific games to meet rollover at minimal risk, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings and close the account.

8.5 VIP and Loyalty Programme

The Platform operates a tiered VIP programme. Cashback percentages, tier thresholds and specific tier benefits are subject to the current programme terms published on the promotions page. All figures referenced on this site as VIP benefits are illustrative unless confirmed by the current promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and civil or criminal referral where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account under any identity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies or bonus structures to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Fraud: Using stolen, counterfeit or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to layer, place or integrate proceeds of criminal activity;
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age declarations or documentation;
• Chargeback abuse: Filing unauthorised payment chargebacks after funds have been used for betting;
• Accessing from Restricted Territories: Using VPNs, proxies or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions.

7777xs employs technical and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be closed without notice, and all associated balances — including deposits — may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 7777xs brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, odds data and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 7777xs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy or redistribute any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use the 7777xs name, logo or branding in any way not expressly authorised;
• Frame or mirror any Platform content on any third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued by all available legal means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777xs shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage;
• Any loss arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, Force Majeure or any other cause beyond our reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information published on the Platform;
• Any third-party claims relating to your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Nothing in this clause limits 7777xs's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

7777xs is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its operations. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, a deposit limit can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap total net losses within a defined period. The Platform enforces this limit automatically.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of a single gambling session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full account exclusion for a minimum period. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be accessed for any betting or gaming activity.

13.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 7777xs customer support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals must be completed, active bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method after applicable checks.

13.2 Termination by 7777xs

7777xs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• A material breach of this Agreement has been identified;
• The Account holder is found to have provided false registration information;
• Prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9 is detected;
• Regulatory obligations or applicable law require account closure;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) months with a zero balance.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees, as specified in the current fee schedule, may apply to dormant accounts. Users will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you should first contact 7777xs customer support at [email protected] with a full written description of the complaint. 7777xs will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a full response within thirty (30) days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body as specified in the operator's licence terms. Details of the applicable body will be provided upon request.

7777xs reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email to the address registered on the Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
